Education Has no Age Limit

Through faith, hard work, education, and perseverance, I achieved a life I once thought was out of reach. My journey has not been easy. There were many moments when the odds seemed stacked against me. But every challenge taught me something valuable. Every setback strengthened my determination. Every accomplishment proved that success is possible when you refuse to quit. I am living proof that God doesn’t make mistakes and his timing is always perfect! Every challenge, every setback, and every blessing has been part of His greater plan for my life. 

Thank you to UMT for being part of my journey and reminding me that education, growth, and achievement have no age limit.  

I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my parents, Jose and Wanda Flores, for the foundation they provided and the values they instilled in me. To my loving wife, Michelle, for her unwavering love, patience, understanding, and encouragement throughout this journey. To my children, Siani, Joshua, Anissa, Amaya, Toot, and Rick, and my grandchildren, Roman, Milani, and Phoenix, thank you for being a constant source of inspiration and motivation. You remind me every day why perseverance, hard work, and leaving a legacy matter. To the rest of my family, thank you for your continued love, prayers, support, and encouragement. Although I am the one earning this degree, this accomplishment belongs to all of us.  

Above all, I give God the glory, because without His grace, guidance, and blessings, none of this would have been possible.
