No Goal is Out of Reach with UMT’s Online Programs

My MBA journey at UMT has been one of perseverance, balance, and growth. I was inspired to explore UMT’s programs after a conversation with Casey who spoke highly of the university’s flexibility and support for working professionals. At the time, I was balancing family, being an active-duty soldier in the Army, community leadership, and personal goals, and I needed a program that truly fit my lifestyle. Choosing UMT was the best decision I could have made, allowing me to pursue my degrees for ABA, BBA, and MBA without sacrificing other essential responsibilities. 

Earning my MBA has opened doors for career advancement in the government sector, positioning me for future promotions and higher-level opportunities. Throughout my experience, I valued the professors’ guidance, the accountability that kept me focused, and the opportunity to prove to my family that anything is possible. I was also honored to be accepted into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, where I led and supported several community initiatives, including Domestic Abuse Awareness drives, and donation campaigns (St. Jude, making strides against Breast Cancer, Community Health Fair, March for Babies, etc.) 

My journey wasn’t without challenges—such as finishing coursework while in the field without a computer—but the support of UMT’s staff and professors helped me overcome every obstacle. This program has been both transformative and empowering, strengthening my professional path and reinforcing that with the right support system, no goal is out of reach.
