UMT President Attends Hong Kong Graduation Ceremony

UMT 2009 Hong Kong graduation ceremony was held at Hong Kong Polytechnic University's auditorium. UMT President, Dr. Yanping Chen attended the ceremony. As the graduate representative, Dr. Mun Cheung Herman LAU, made a speech on behalf of the graduating class.
