Dr. Yanping Chen, UMT President and PMI Board of Directors, and Dr. J. Davidson Frame, UMT Academic Dean and PMI Fellow, met President Clinton in a private reception honoring him as PMI Global Congress keynote speaker in Washington DC, USA. PMI arranged this private reception and meeting to celebrate the service and dedication of Dr. Chen and Dr. Frame to the Project Management Institute and the project management profession.
