Executive Certificate in Project Management (ECPM)

Program Mission: To equip students with practical tools, techniques, and leadership skills to successfully manage projects, portfolios, and programs across private, public, and nonprofit organizations

Upon successful completion of the program, students will be able to:

  • Integrate strategic and operational project management across the full project lifecycle.

  • Evaluate key strategic drivers that influence project success.

  • Develop effective plans for scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation across projects and programs.

  • Apply corrective actions to bring underperforming projects back on track.

  • Assess risks and opportunities and implement effective response actions.
