UMT DBA Program Earns Specialized and Professional Accreditation for Project Management Degree from PMI GAC
ARLINGTON, Virginia, April 17, 2014
The University of Management and Technology (UMT) is pleased to announce that its Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program earned Specialized and Professional Accreditation by the Project Management Institute Global Accreditation Center for Project Management Education Programs (GAC, www.gacpm.com) in August 2013. UMT’s Project Management degrees (Master of Science in Management, Project Management; Master of Business Administration, Project Management; Master of Science in Information Technology, IT Project Management), which were first accredited by the GAC in July 2006, are also reaccredited. The current accreditation runs through July 2020.
Mike DePrico, VP of the PMI Academic and Educational Programs Group presented the GAC Award of Accreditation to Dr. Yanping Chen, President of the UMT, on 23 January 2014 in Philadelphia, PA.
