This course provides an overview of the nature of knowledge, knowledge acquisition, and the research process. It covers key concepts, such as scientific revolutions, epistemology and phenomenology, and examines the link between research theory and practice. It reviews such seminal thinkers as Thomas Kuhn, Karl Popper, Paul Feyerabend, and Rudolf Carnap.
