Use ArmyIgnitED or AF COOL Funding to Earn PMP® or CAPM® Credential
UMT is approved by ArmyIgnitED and Air Force COOL to provide training courses that lead to the PMP® or CAPM® credential for Army and Air Force personnel.
The U.S. Army and Air Force recognize the value of these two credentials in the field of project management, and are investing in the professional development of their personnel by funding up to $2,000 per fiscal year and $4,500 lifetime respectively, towards the cost of coursework that leads to these credentials.
UMT is a Project Management Institute (PMI) Authorized Training Partner (ATP) in project management. UMT's project management degree and certificate programs are accredited by PMI GAC (Global Accreditation Center).
PMP® is the Project Management Professional® credential. Certified PMPs report earning up to 33% more than non-certified project professionals[1].
CAPM® is the credential for project management novices who want to get a start in project management.
