The Certificate in Criminal Justice will provide the student with the knowledge, skills and abilities to function in a constantly evolving and ever-changing field of criminal justice and law enforcement. Topics that are provided will educate students in the most important areas of the Criminal Justice System, to include the functions of the Police, the Court Systems and Corrections. Upon successful completion of this program, students will learn various subjects that are crucial to a successful career in Criminal Justice, such as survey of the Criminal Justice System, Criminal Law and legal considerations, modern Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice Administration as well as Forensic Science.
