Application
Requirements
International students must be able to
do graduate-level work in English. They must provide
proof of their
ability by taking the Test of English as a Foreign
Language (TOEFL).
The Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS)
requires international students who study in the
United States:
- to be enrolled full time
- to obtain authorization from the INS before
becoming employed if they are on F-1 status
- to notify the INS when they terminate their
attendance at the university
International students who wish
to study in the United States should have
sufficient funds available
to
cover expenses for one full
year before attempting to enter a degree program.
The
cost of tuition
at this University for one
academic
year is approximately $7,020. International
students
also need to take
into account of other expenses,
such as living expenses
(i.e., food, housing and utilities)
in the range of $13,200. Other incidental
expenses, such as
books, study supplies and health
insurance, may cost about
$2,000 per academic year.
