Project Management Suite consists of 26 self-paced courses that award 15 or 30 PDUs each. Want more PDUs? Choose from one of the 10 self-paced academic courses (45 PDUs each) available for the Project Management Suite students.

Self-paced Project Management Suite Courses

With the self-paced Project Management Suite courses, students acquire 15 or 30 PDUs. The courses provide:

The three courses with Freebies allow students to review five of its course modules at no charge. Students who wish for more insights, and 15 PDU credits, must sign up for the Enrichment Package. The package includes:

  • Additional modules
  • Think & Review section for each module
  • Mentors Studio™ CD-ROMs (selected courses only)
  • Answers to the Think & Review section
  • Final exam
  • Certificate of Completion
  • Course textbook.

Students must pass the final exam with a score of at least 70 percent in order to obtain the Certificate of Completion and be eligible for PDUs. There is a six month time limit for completing a course. (For more information, see the FAQs.)

* Students must purchase the textbook for the UMT-PM006. PMP Exam Preparation course separately.

Self-paced Academic Courses

These courses are the standard UMT academic courses taken by degree and non-degree students alike. They are the same ones taught as part of the UMT's degree programs. Each academic course entitles students to 45 PDUs and 3 academic credits. Students enrolled in these courses are expected to complete written assignments to be graded by a UMT instructor. The core contents of these courses is the same as for the self-paced Project Management Suite courses (listed above) with the same course title.

Academic courses are offered on a rolling enrollment basis. Students can sign up at anytime and do not have to formally apply to the university in order to take any of these courses.

Students have access to course modules, readings, and other course elements online. However, textbooks are not included in the tuition price of $1,170. Academic courses are structured for an 11-week studying period. However students can pace their own study and complete the course sooner.
