UMT’s Corporate Training Programs consist of a series of Training Courses that provide specific knowledge about management areas that are vital to the success of modern organizations.

The courses, which last from 1 to 5 days, present the latest, most practical aspects of today’s management frameworks. Consistently high standards in program presentation and university’s “Internet-enhanced” learning approach have earned the UMT an excellent reputation both in the United States and overseas.

Major Features

Wide Range of Courses. Managers and potential managers can choose from a wide range of courses from fundamentals in project management (e.g., The New Project Management) to specific topics such as contract and procurement, estimation, risk management, quality control, and project office establishment.

In-class or On-line Study Environment. We offer some of our courses in a distance-learning format. We use state-of-art technology. These e-training courses give you the same credit as an in-class course and you can take them at the time you want and the place you want.

Earn PDU Credits. All of our courses are PMBOK compliant and registered at PMI to grant PDU credits. Students who successfully complete any UMT courses will be able receive Professional Development Units (PDUs).

Customize the Courses to Meet Your Needs Better. Our courses can be customized to meet your needs and can be held at your site or at UMT’s campus in Arlington, Virginia.
