Nineteen students from various top Polish companies attended the first class taught by UMT’s Academic Dean, Dr. J. Davidson Frame. The class was delivered in English, while two interpreters simultaneously translated lectures and class discussions in Polish and English. Dr. Frame concluded that the class was a success. “The students are excellent and the teaching and learning environment was superior,” said Dr. Frame, “We are happy that UMT, in working with our Polish partner, had such successful experience at the outset of our programs in Poland.”

While UMT launched its Executive Certificate Program in Warsaw, Dr. Yanping Chen, the president of UMT, had various business meetings with Mr. Krysztof Koszewski, the President of Combidata, and his deputies. Combidata is UMT selected education and training partner in Poland. According to Dr. Chen, UMT and Combidata will roll out multiple education and training initiatives in Poland beginning this year.
