Associate
of Business Administration
The Associate's degree in Business Administration
(ABA) offers courses for students who are high school graduates
or possess a GED. The ABA requires 60 credit-hours of instruction
at the lower level (freshman and sophomore years).

Bachelor of Business Administration
The Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
(BBA) is a degree-completion program comprising 60 credit-hours
of instruction at the upper level (junior and senior years).
Students in this program can focus on
one of seven majors:

Bachelor
of Health Administration
The BHA degree requires completion of
a total of 120 credit-hours of instruction. Within the required
120 credit-hours, a student must also complete at least
30 credit-hours in General Education to receive a BHA degree.

The Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice
(BSCJ) is a degree-completion program comprising 60 credit-hours

of Science in Engineering Management
The ASEM requires the successful completion of 60
semester credit hours of instruction at the lower level (freshman and
sophomore years). The ASEM places a strong emphasis on general education
courses as well as core courses that will provide a solid foundation for
entry to the BSEM program.

Bachelor
of Science in Engineering Management
The undergraduate engineering management program is a 120
semester credit hours program comprised of a two-year, lower-level Associate
of Science in Engineering Management (ASEM) and a follow on two-year, upper-level
Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management (BSEM).

(ASGS) offers courses for students who are high school graduates
or possess a GED. The ASGS requires 60 credit-hours of instruction
at the lower level (freshman and sophomore years).

of Science in Management
Students in this 11-course program can
focus on one of four majors:
- Project Management
- Acquisition Management
- General Management
- Criminal Justice Administration
UMT has the largest
MS in Management (Project Management) program in the world
taught by a team of world-renowned faculty.

The 15-course program covers all aspects
of managing commercial and non-profit organizations with
emphasis in project management, risk management, and technology
management.

The MHA provides students with graduate
level knowledge, tools, techniques and insights to become
capable managers and administrators in various organizations
in health services.

to enable them to succeed in the field of engineering management.

Master
of Public Administration
The Master of Public Administration (MPA)
is an 11-course graduate degree program designed specifically
for managers in public and nonprofit organizations.

Doctor
of Business Administration
The DBA program requires the student
to complete a minimum of 60 semester credit-hours at the
doctoral level. In addition, students must pass a qualifying
exam and a comprehensive exam, as well as writing and defending
their proposal and dissertation.

Graduate
Certificate in Project Management
The Graduate Certificate in Project Management
program consists of 7 self-paced online academic
courses designed to meet the needs of project leaders
and managers from the corporate and government world. Courses
include: Project Management, Planning and Control, Project
Finance and Budgeting, Risk and Quality Management, Contracts
and Procurement, Effective Communications and Soft Skills,
and Project Management Applications.
This program is designed for students
who have at least a bachelor's degree and requires formal
admission into UMT.
EXECUTIVE CERTIFICATE
In addition to academic programs, UMT also
offers four certificates:
The certificate program allows students
to pick from a number of self-paced professional development
and self-paced academic courses. Thus, it
is ideal for students who need to improve their management
skills quickly.
There are no formal admission requirements
for the Executive Certificate program; students may sign up
at any time. Students do not need a bachelor's degree to take
courses in this program.
